Meeting Display Name

When joining a meeting it would be useful for the name of the meeting to be present as either a pop-up allowing you see the Meeting Name when you focus the mouse on that window (“Q2 Sales Review - Glasgow”, “Emergency CAB TIX/0987654”, etc…) or have it static in the meeting window throughout the meeting.
