Can we use the Meeting SDK version 3.7.0 without including React? If not, which is the stable version of the Meeting SDK which can be used without including React?

We are currently using the Meeting SDK version 2.14.0 in live environment. For utilizing the HD video features and other improvements, we upgraded the Meeting SDK to 3.7.0 but we are not using React JS. We have few issues after the upgrade. So my ask was if we are not using React JS, from 2.14.0 which version I can do the upgrade without any upgrade issues.
