Submit SDK Apps without using Meeting SDK

Hi there.

We are planning to integrate zoom so that we can publish the URL of a zoom meeting from our web application.
Currently, we are considering only the use of REST API, but there is a possibility of incorporating Meeting SDK (JavaScript) into our web application in the future.
If we submit a “SDK Apps” without using Meeting SDK, will it be subject to rejection?
