Missing SDK app in our managed apps

Description
*Hello, we are unable to locate our SDK app in our managed apps page. We’d like to set this app to published as we think it is needed to resolve this error: *

Error
‘To join a meeting hosted by an external Zoom account, your SDK app has to be published on Zoom Marketplace. You can refer to Section 6.1 of Zoom’s API License Terms of Use’

How To Reproduce
We would love to post the SDK key here to help us locate it; but we’d like to communicate it over someone from Zoom.

Edit
If possible, can our General App in managed apps have an enabled SDK key generator? Reason is that this app is already published to the Zoom marketplace.

Hi @Vincent2
Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Zoom Developer Forum!
Is your app a General Oauth app? if so, have you made any changes to the app, meaning have you transferred the app from one account to another or have you made any changes to your account? like upgrading the account type?

Hi @elisa.zoom, I don’t believe we’ve made adjustments to the app. We have this SDK key we use: 9xyG4tIxSjmj5McjsGj0Vg

But we are unable to locate the SDK app in our managed apps. We’d like this app to be published.

For further context, we use a General Oauth app to create zoom rooms. And we have a separate SDK app to start an embedded Zoom client to our web application.

I am unsure which starting point to go with, and thinking about the missing SDK app in our managed app is one of the things we’re leaning to.

Thanks for sharing more information with me.
