Need help with Domain verification problem

Our company app is experiencing issues with domain verification, as all domain keys are currently empty. I would like to request assistance with manual verification for our app submission. Thank you in advance for your help.

PS: the app is owned by another account within same org which is put on hold to post comment / post here. will give more detail on direct message on both the app id and the app owner account.
