Hi, I am going to add Zoom Webinar in our WPF application. I would like to see some Webinar sample code and documents.

I am especially interested on how to START a webinar from the host and how to JOIN a webinar from participants

If you are using windows SDK, you can use the start and join APIs with webinar ID.
