I am trying to use RTMS for an intermal app we are building. startRTMS returns success but getRTMSStatus stays empty. Looking here is seems that we need to ask for this to be manually enabled. Is this true?

@Ziv for trial, yes this needs to be manually enabled at the moment. Would you like to enable it on the same account which you are signed in to?

when you say trial, do you mean my company is on a trial license and as we convert to paid it will be automatic? in any case, please turn it on
@Ziv RTMS is enabled on your account until end of June. You will need to sign up for a paid plan with a sales representative as it is not automatically converted from trial to paid.
