not able to create user with developer free trial

I am not able to create a user by create, custcreate or autocreate. I have a developer free trial account. I get an error as “No permission, please contact Zoom customer support.” for custcreate and ‘no privilege’ for the other two.

Your account must have this privilege to provisioning user. Zoom only assigns this privilege to a trusted partner

The API is provided for enterprise customer who has a managed domain

The API is provided for API plan only

User creation requires elevated permissions for security reasons, most all other APIs are available for you to test with.

You mentioned custCreate is for API plan only. Isnt 60 days trial account also a API Plan account?

Hey @h1016j,

The API Plan and Zoom API Partner Plan are two different things.

Correct the free trail account gives you access to the Zoom APIs essentially being the API Plan.

The Zoom API Partner Plan is for Zoom partners and resellers.
