Not able to update Meeting SDK Translation Languages

Description
We have enabled automated captions and translated captions on our account. The settings are enabled on both Group level and user level. Also, as we use meeting template to create meetings, we made sure that automated and translated captions are enabled in meeting template as well. See below screenshot displaying our settings.

Automated captions work fine during the meeting. However, the list of languages in the “Translate to” option in the meeting always display just the 3 languages - English, Chinese (Simplified), Japenese. Please see attached screenshot.

Is there a way to display/list all available languages so the user can select their preferred language?
Are there any limitations to the number of languages we can display/list?
Also, there seems to be no way to update the list of these 3 languages in “Translate to” setting. For example, if the speaking language is “English” and I want to display - Cantonese, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional) and I update the same in settings as below, still the list is - English, Chinese (Simplified), Japenese. How do I update these languages?

Also, related to this, there is another issue. We are not able to update the speaking language in meeting using the “Speaking Language” option under closed caption settings if the SDK is initialized with default language “English”.

However, if the SDK is initialized with any other languages other than English, the speaking language can be updated. Please see below screenshots

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to user/group settings and enable automated and translated captions.
  2. Create and start a meeting.
  3. Click on “cc” icon and view the list of languages under “Translate to”
  4. The list of languages are - English, Chinese (Simplified), Japenese and cannot be updated.
