@elisa.zoom or someone else can I please get some support on this issue?
I’ve had a support ticket closed and no response from our contacts at Zoom in 2 weeks.
This is affecting our service in production - any meetings with unicode characters are requiring manually correction by our admins after a meeting happens.
We have a fix in our development environment, but we can not validate it because of this service issue, therefore we cannot confidently deploy this to production.
