Occasional ’ {‘type”:”INVALID PARAMETERS”, “reason”:”user is not send video”}’ Error with Zoom Video SDK

I see that there’s a previous topic opened on this issue, but replies is no longer allowed.

I’m getting this error occasionally, and I’ve already use user-updated (as mentioned here event to wait for participant’s starting video before doing render, but it still happening.

Please advice on how to handle this issue.

What version of the Video SDK for Web are you using, and what browser is the issue occurring in?

video-sdk-web: 1.10.5
happens on both chrome and brave browsers

Thanks for your response. What version of the Video SDK are you using? Additionally, are you also getting a black screen as the rendered screen for the particpant’s video? If not, what are you seeing?

Feel free to also attach a code snippet of your rendered video execution, for added troubleshooting.

like stated on previous reply, I’m using web sdk version: 1.10.5 (thou now we’ve updated to 1.10.7)
and now we’re unable to render anything as the error is saying user is not send video
