You can use a 3rd party platform yourself.
At this moment, you can only ask for zoom to take payments if you are a usa company. This will be avialable to other countires in the future, but no date as yet been annonced.
Zoom will be enabling payment processes via stripe.

You can not pay through the Zoom Api.
In the USA, you can apply for Zoom to bill for your app; this will be available worldwide in the future.
But there is no way to pay through the Zoom Api and no plans or need to create this.
