Inquiry on subscription and contract details availability via API

Hello Team,

I hope you’re doing well.

I’m reaching out to check whether there are any APIs available to programmatically retrieve Plan / subscription / contract details for our Zoom organization.

Specifically, we’re looking to understand if it’s possible to fetch the following details via API:

  • Current Zoom Plan

  • Billing cycle (Annual / Quarterly)

  • Contract start date and end date

  • Renewal amount

If these details are not exposed through APIs, could you please confirm whether they are only available via the Admin Portal or through our Zoom account / billing contacts?

This information will help us align our internal governance and automation workflows with Zoom’s subscription lifecycle.
