Plan Usage API Requires billing:rw:master

Hello,

we have a server-to-server oauth2 application.

Endpoint /v2/accounts/{accountId}/plans/usage fails with the message:

“Invalid access token, does not contain scopes: [billing:write:master, billing:read:master, billing:master].”

  1. Is {accountId} found on the application page under App Credentials? See blow.

  1. Or, is {accountId} an 8 digit number found under the user profile?

We only have 1 account so “master” aspect does not apply. Otherwise, account:rw:admin scopes have been given, see below.

I have read through other similar posts which did not help. Let me know if you need more info.
