Description: General app, App ID icnjUNCCS1iSN4p72FRozg. Fully configured for RTMS: added RTMS scopes + meeting:update:participant_rtms_app_status, subscribed to meeting.rtms_started / meeting.rtms_stopped, enabled “Share realtime meeting content with apps” + auto-start, app authorized. Requesting backend RTMS enablement for this App ID.
Error: 2310 "Failed to perform RTMS app operation" on start; auto-start never fires the meeting.rtms_started webhook.
How to reproduce: PATCH /v2/live_meetings/{id}/rtms_app/status with body {"action":"start","settings":{"client_id":"icnjUNCCS1iSN4p72FRozg"}} on a live meeting → 400, code 2310.
