Description
Requesting RTMS enablement for our app.

- Client ID: 3p7OvtwHQhaAdMpc8LXaag
- App name: Arlo RTMS (General App, user-managed, Development mode)
- Developer Pack: Active (20 credits, 0 used)
- Scopes: meeting:read:meeting_audio, meeting:read:meeting_transcript, rtms:read:rtms_started, rtms:read:rtms_stopped, meeting:update:participant_rtms_app_status, zoomapp:inmeeting
- Account settings: "Share realtime meeting content with apps" = ON, auto-start configured for this app

Error?
400 / code 2310: "Failed to perform RTMS app operation"
App does not appear in the in-meeting "Apps that access meeting content" list despite auto-start being ON. Zero webhooks received. Otter.ai works fine in the same meetings.
