I can join the webinar when I first enter a webinar that I have embedded on my site, but when I go to another page on the site and come back to the same webinar and try to connect, I get a “Please provide a valid TK” warning. How can I turn off this warning?
Thank you for posting in the forum. From my understanding, the TK prompt becomes active when a meeting has registration required. Could you confirm the meeting configuration settings? This information would be helpful in diagnosing the issue.

Hello, thank you for your reply. Sorry for the late reply as I missed a notification. I’ve tried meetings almost every month differently. This problem shows itself in Webinars. I try by putting a passcode in the embed code and I try to turn off the mail life to the panelists, but it doesn’t work.
