Problem with wehook validation

We have been using webhooks successfully for several months in two accounts.
The automated validation requests have been succeeding every three days.
The webhook configuration and application have not changed.
However, as of today, webhooks are no longer validating.
The logs show the validation request and response working as expected.
We tried the manual validation button in the marketplace page and it also fails.
Clearly something has changed.
This is preventing the use of Zoom Phone with our application .
Is anyone else seeing this type of problem?
Is there a fix for it?
