Problems with Windows Zoom SDK (translator feature and waiting room)

We encountered an error while running the Windows Zoom SDK, of the following nature

Can I find out the status of the solution to this error?

SDK version: 5.0
User ID 6671374853

The program terminates after a call
CreateVideoElementFlow VideoRenderElement_ACTIVE

Device: Lenovo ideapad 510

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise

Version: Zoom Windows SDK

  1. The second problem. We are working with windows SDK zoom v 5. We would like to manage the translator during the conference. But this functionality is not available in the Windows SDK version 5.
    Can we get a zoom windows SDK with support for this functions?

Even a small advise is very important for our company.

Thanks for using Zoom SDK and providing the info. Regarding the issue you are facing:

1). Thanks for the video. The contents in the video are a little bit small and it seems like the SDK UI window shows up and then disappears. Are you getting this crash by using the demo app? Are you using the Custom UI? Could you provide more info on how to reproduce this crash with the demo app?

2). May I inquire about what is the “translator” you are referring to? Are you referring to the language interpretation feature? (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360034919791-Language-interpretation-in-meetings-and-webinars) It should be available in the Zoom default UI if your account has enabled this feature.

    After the host Accept the entrance to the meeting (leaving the waiting room and entering the meeting), the DemoClient breaks down.
    The error occurs when the DemoClient tries CreateVideoElement

Thanks for the reply. The engineering team has investigated on this, and:

1). We have identified an issue with the info you provided and we will fix this in the next release.
2). There is no interface for language interpretation in SDK.

Our team found a solution to problem №1
When you enter the meeting you need to delete the ICustomizedVideoContainer and create it again
