Production Client ID and Secret not working but development Client ID Secret working in custom domain

The production Client ID and Secret are not working, but the development Client ID and Secret are working on the custom domain, even though Zoom has verified the domain.

Getting

Joining Meeting Timeout or Browser restriction

Fail to join the meeting.

in a custom domain when production Client ID and Secret are used in custom domain

Yes still facing the issue.
It is working well with development keys in custom domain, but not production keys.
I havenot published the app, should I want to publish the app to use production keys?

Yes, to be able to use production credentials your app must be published
