We need a way to remove Screen recording file from interaction in Zoom Contact Center Quality Management using an API.
Currently there is no way to remove screen recordings for multiple interaction IDs neither by UI nor by API.
Please help.
Deleting recordings across multiple interaction IDs would be really useful for cleanup and compliance. Hopefully Zoom adds a bulk delete option through the API soon.
