Question about number of participants limitation

I have one host that have 5 basic license(Free) users that registered with API. And each my free users expect to create their meeting simultaneously. And I want to know about the limitation of the following case.

 1st(Free Users)  ----> Create meeting simultaneously ---> 99 participants joined .
 2nd(Free Users) ----> Create meeting simultaneously ---> 99 participants joined.
 3rd(Free Users)  ----> Create meeting simultaneously ---> 99 participants joined.
 4th(Free Users)  ----> Create meeting simultaneously ---> 99 participants joined.
 5th(Free Users)  ----> Create meeting simultaneously ---> 99 participants joined.

Thus, 495 participants joined.

  1. Is zoom allow 495 participants to join that meeting?
