React 19 Meeting Sdk Web Client View Format issues - when resolving compatibility

My understanding is there is a known issue in rendering meeting sdk web in react 19. Is this being tracked or if there is a latest version that is now compatible or fixes rendering issues. We had to move from client view to component view to control rendering issues. Thanks

To Zoom Developer Forum Management:

What is your policy for responding to developer forum posts?

I currently have multiple posts—on business-critical topics—that have gone unanswered for nearly a month. The only response I’ve received was from a third-party vendor promoting a product that does not address my issue.

At a minimum, I expect clarity on what level of support this forum is intended to provide. If posts are not monitored or supported in a timely manner, please state that explicitly. If meaningful responses require paid technical support, that should be clearly communicated as well.

Please confirm whether my open posts will receive a response within a defined timeframe (e.g., 30 days). If not, I would appreciate guidance on the appropriate path to resolution.

The current lack of response and transparency is disappointing, particularly given the importance of these issues to our business.

Hey naeem. This is a known issue and I am looking for an internal zoom developer support member to check on the status of the issue.

React 19 + Zoom Meeting SDK Web Client View Rendering Issues

There is a known compatibility issue between React 19 and the Zoom Meeting SDK’s Client View, which can cause rendering problems such as layout shifts, blank video, or black screens.

Known Issue

In the Zoom Developer Forum, users reported that React 19 introduces rendering issues when using the Meeting SDK’s Client View. This can manifest as:

  • Videos from other participants going blank

  • Black screens when joining meetings

  • Zoom SDK elements rendering outside or below the container div Zoom Developer Forum

These problems are not yet fully resolved in official releases, and the SDK team has not confirmed a React 19-specific fix.

@Gdrum Hi, those are well known issues, described many times, and so far nothing has changed. Version 6.1.0 touched so many minor fixes, when there is a real issue for the whole React community. Please address the issue because it is blocking the developing process with zoom. Thank you
