Remove "Read AI" from account

Hi,
I removed in the past the app “Read AI”, for some reason when opening zoom meetings the app still here and I receive a message that its working. How do I get rid of this app? :grimacing:

Thanks for reaching out to us! I created a support ticket on your behalf to remove Read AI from your account. You should be getting an email about this shortly

  1. Go to the Zoom Marketplace.
  2. Then, go the Apps on Account tab/page
  3. Search for Read.ai, click it!
  4. Then either disable or remove from your account or both:

Hi,
Please help me remove Read.ai from my account. I contacted Read.ai support team, and they refused to delete my account. They want me to log in, and I can’t, as their app is not even allowed by my admin. Read.ai joins private meetings that are not recorded due to security and privacy reasons. This app is a nightmare.

I am trying to remove this app from my Zoom account, but am struggling to find the “Apps on Account” tab/page. How would I navigate to it? It would be helpful to provide a url for it.

I have Read AI removed from my Zoom account but it continues joining my meetings.

I am having the same issue for the exception it is not showing up in my apps

Can’t remove this app is like a virus and you don’t know who listens your meetings

I also have the same issue, not in apps and its still infiltrating all my zoom calls

I have the same issue! There’s no way to find the read. AI app, it keeps saying to add it when it’s already on every damn meeting, and it’s annoying as heck since you can’t find it anywhere on your dashboard. Why I stupidly signed up for this when you can’t get rid of it is ridiculous!
