Remove skin tones from Webinars

Description
I’m integrating the Web Meeting SDK within my own website for a webinar and I came across an inconsistency where the “thumb-up skin tone” selection is available but reactions are not.

This removes clarity from the user experience as the available option is just useless.
I would like to remove the option from the settings. Removing the whole settings tab could also work for me.

Thank you for posting in the Developer Forum. The latest version of the SDK is now 2.4.0, please can you try upgrading from 2.1.1 and see if the issue persists? There have been multiple bug fixes since your version of the SDK.
