Remove skin tones from Webinars

*Description
I’m integrating the Web Meeting SDK within my own website for a *webinar and I came across an inconsistency where the “thumb-up skin tone” selection is available but reactions are not.

This removes clarity from the user experience as the available option is just useless.
I would like to remove the option from the settings. Removing the whole settings tab could also work for me.

@Nathan Thanks for bringing this up. I was able to reproduce this behavior with 2.2.0 and filed a bug with our engineering team. I’ll keep you posted on any updates.
