Request for Assistance with Zoom Report and Call Logs Integration in Microsoft Power BI

Dear Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out to request your assistance with the integration of Zoom Report and Zoom Call Logs into Microsoft Power BI. I have been exploring solutions on my own but have encountered some challenges and have not yet been able to resolve the issue.

Could you kindly provide guidance or resources on how to successfully integrate these Zoom data sources with Power BI? Your support in this matter would be greatly appreciated, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

Best regards,
Het Parekh

Hi @Het
Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Zoom Developer Forum.
Feel free to take a look at our Report and Dashboard endpoints here:

Hii @elisa.zoom

Thank you for your response. However, I am specifically looking for an integration of call reports and call logs with Microsoft Power BI, and it doesn’t seem to be working as expected.

Could you suggest any alternative methods to achieve this integration?

Hi @Het
I am not aware if there is an available integration with Microsoft Power Bi.
I encourage you to visit the Microsoft community to see if you can find some guidance there:

Hello Elisa,

I am familiar with the integration process, but I need an API key to access Zoom reports and Zoom phone call logs. Could you please assist me with this?

Oh I see @Het
Then I suggest you to use a Server to Server oauth app to create an access token so you can access the endpoints you are looking for:

Hello @elisa.zoom
I am considering paying Zoom for the Zoom Report API key, as it seems like a good and easy solution for me. Could you please confirm if this is the best option, or do you have any other recommendations that might be more efficient?
Looking forward to your suggestion.

Hello @elisa.zoom,

can you please give me update

Hey @Het
sorry I did not get back to you!
I do not know what you mean with “Zoom report API key”
Some of our Report endpoints, can be accessed with a Pro license. So if you have a pro license already, you should be able to create an app and call those endpoints
