Request for Manual Domain Validation Due to Submission Error

I would like to manually validate our app domain because I’m encountering an “Internal Server Error” on the submission page.

Thanks.

Hello @fruitful,

Thank you for raising this issue.
Can you illustrate the steps you have followed when encountering this issue?
Please either provide a recording or a screenshot to help us better understand where/when the error is occurring (e.g. Is it when you are trying to submit an app for a review or when you are trying to validate a domain?).

Best,

Hi @yoon.conner

Thank you for your prompt response!

I am trying to update our business information and resubmit the app to comply with EU regulations. However, when attempting to validate our domain using the meta tag method, I encountered the following error:

Could you please help me resolve this issue? I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed with the domain validation successfully.

Thank you!

Hello @customers

While we investigate further, can you make sure you are following the instructions for setting the meta tag for verification because it seems the content part is set up correctly (meta tag verification code is empty).

Best,

Hello @yoon.conner

Thank you for your response. I have reviewed the meta tag setup, but the content attribute remains empty when attempting to generate the verification code.

Please see the attached screenshot, which shows that the verification code is missing:

Could you please assist me in generating the correct verification code? If there is an alternative method to verify the domain, please let me know.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Thank you for this in formation. I will be DM’ing you to help with the domain validation.

Best,

@yoon.conner

Following up on our domain validation request—we need to complete our app submission today to meet the DSA compliance deadline.

We received the email titled “Action Required: Submit information about your company to Zoom by February 17, 2025, or risk being suspended from the Zoom App Marketplace.”

Just checking if there’s any update—would really appreciate your quick help in getting this resolved today!

Thanks!
