Request of Manual Domain verification for meeting SDK app

We cannot upload an HTML file to our root server because our domain is managed through DNS, and we don’t have direct access to a web server. We use AWS Route 53 for DNS management. Can you provide detailed instructions for DNS TXT record verification, or let us know if there are alternative steps we should follow to achieve this verification?

P.S.- We already have validated the same domain in other Oauth app. Is it’s possible can we reuse that?
