Request to enable RTMS backend features for App ID

Hello Zoom Developer Support,

I am currently developing a General App leveraging Realtime Media Streams (RTMS) for an AI integration project. However, I am running into the issue where the meeting.rtms_started webhook never fires to my server, and event delivery remains completely silent even during active testing.

My app’s event subscriptions and scopes are configured for RTMS, but it appears the backend flag for event dispatching might not be active on our developer account yet.

Could you please check and enable RTMS backend enablement for my app?

@Dev49 zoom developer pack comes with 20 credits. Zoom build platform is different from Zoom Developer Pack. RTMS needs Zoom Developer Pack

@Dev49 i’ve just checked, there is no developer pack associated with the account you are using. are you using a different zoom account?
