Developer Pack is active on our account, but the RTMS meeting media scopes and events are not available on our app.

What we see in the Marketplace configuration
Add Scopes, searching “real time”, returns only Contact Center and Phone: contact_center:read:zcc_voice_audio:admin and contact_center:read:zcc_voice_transcript:admin. The meeting media scopes meeting:read:meeting_audio and meeting:read:meeting_transcript are not listed at all.
Add Scopes, searching “rtms”, under Meetings shows only meeting:update:participant_rtms_app_status:admin. No media scopes.
The only RTMS scopes available to us are notification-level: rtms:read:rtms_concurrency_limited:admin, rtms:read:rtms_concurrency_near_limit:admin, and rtms:read:rtms_interrupted:admin.
Event Types, searching “rtms”, returns only the three ZCC Voice events. There is no meeting.rtms_started or meeting.rtms_stopped.
Account settings we have already checked on our side
“Share realtime meeting content with apps” is enabled under Account Settings > Zoom Apps > Meeting.
The “Choose an app to auto-start” dropdown lists only “None”. Our app does not appear there, though it is still in Development and not yet installed.
Notably, the Phone RTMS scopes appeared once Developer Pack became active but the Meetings ones did not, so the entitlement seems to have applied only partially.
What we are asking for
We have hard-reloaded and re-checked. Could you please enable two things on this account and app. First, RTMS for Zoom Meetings, so the meeting media scopes and the meeting.rtms_started / meeting.rtms_stopped events become available. Second, “Allow auto-start for RTMS apps” on the app, so we do not need a separate follow-up request for it.
