The Cloud Function URL is a backend endpoint used for OAuth callback and webhook processing.
It is hosted on Google Cloud Functions and does not require domain ownership verification.
Our primary domain is verified.

Please help me out asap.

Hi Team,

I am using a Google Cloud Function URL as my OAuth callback and webhook endpoint.

Zoom is asking me to complete domain validation for this URL. However:

  • This is a backend endpoint (not a public website)
  • It is hosted on Google Cloud Functions
  • My primary domain is already verified

My questions:

  1. Is domain validation required for Cloud Function URLs?
  2. If yes, how can we validate a GCP-generated domain?
  3. Is there any workaround for backend-only endpoints?
