RTMS / Developer Pack Enablement Timeline Across Multiple Organizations

We have successfully tested our Zoom app and RTMS functionality in the development environment.

Wanted to check with the Zoom team/community, once the app testing is completed on the developer side, how long does it typically take for the Developer Pack / RTMS functionality to be enabled across multiple organizations?

We understand RTMS currently requires activation per organization/account, but is there any roadmap or possibility for this to be handled at the app level instead, so organizations using the app would not require separate RTMS enablement individually?

Would appreciate any guidance or experiences from others who have gone through this process.
