RTMS: Not receiving Signaling handshake response for some meetings

We, at times, do not receive signaling handshake responses after initial. We wait for 5 seconds to receive this message after sending the signaling handshake request.

To be sure, we know the following:

  1. We initiate a connection to the signaling server immediately after receiving an rtms.started webhook (< 200ms).
  2. We do not receive a handshake response
  3. The Zoom meeting continues; the host which has the RTMS app attached remains in the Zoom meeting.

Is Zoom aware of intermittent failures to respond to signaling handshake request messages? If not, do you have any suggestions to debug?

Assuming that the signature is all good,
one other thing I would check is the scopes on marketplace.zoom.us
