Hi Jen,

We are exploring Zoom RTMS for our company Mindfully. We currently have 200+ members/users and we are evaluating the best plan for our requirements.

Could you please clarify if the available RTMS plans allow us to conduct meetings easily at this scale? Also, I would like to understand:

  • How many concurrent meetings or participants are supported?
  • Is there any limitation on audio/video streams or transcription usage?
  • Which plan would you recommend for an organization with 200+ members?

We are interested in understanding the best option before moving forward. Thanks!

-The RTMS concurrent stream starts from 2,000 concurrent connections.

  • You will be able to get the audio, video and transcript from the meeting via websocket connection.
  • The PAYG will be sufficient for 200+ members
