RTMS start API returning 2310 error while testing local real-time AI dubbing application with Zoom General App

Hi Team,

We are testing a local real-time AI dubbing and translation application using Zoom RTMS with a Zoom General App.

Webhook validation, RTMS events, OAuth, and S2S token generation are all working correctly.

However, when trying to start RTMS for a live meeting using:

PATCH /v2/live_meetings/{meetingId}/rtms_app/status

we consistently receive:

400
{
“code”: 2310,
“message”: “Failed to perform RTMS app operation.”
}

The meeting is active during testing and all configurations appear correct on our side.

Could you please help us understand what might be causing this error?

thank you for you support, but how should i enable it and its saying to contact sale and when i do go for chat , they are telling me to raise a ticket in the support , I did that earlier and got declined as they said only production level development problem they will solve, for development use deforums can you guide me properly… thank you
