Thanks for your reply. Just would like to give you a heads-up on the issue.

We are working on adding the simulator to our Ionic SDK and working on adding the support with Capacitor. We are expected to have the simulator support in the next release.

We have tested that our Ionic SDK actually works with Ionic 4(Ionic framework 4.6, Ionic CLI 5.2.0) on real device.

Below is the ionic info that we got the SDK working:
