We use a webhook app to get voicemail_received events among others. We then put these into our ticketing system. I’d love for a way to create a link that takes the support team members to the voicemail. Ideally a scheme url that activates Zoom and navigates to the voicemail automatically. This would mean I don’t have to create an app to authenticate with, and programmatically download the voicemail somewhere, and figure out all the security considerations. The voicemail is already available to them in the zoom app, I just want to get them to it more quickly. Is this possible?
