Screen Pop Integration Between iVUE Connect and Zoom Contact Center

We have a customer is using an on-prem server (NISC iVUE) that provide DB lookup base on calling number and displays the results to agents via 3rd party application.

The customer has set up a proxy connection and vbs (allowing communication between the on-prem iVue server and Zoom) which successfully provides the functionality for zoom phone via setting the launch of the vbs via external app.

Functionality however does not work calls are routed to agents through Zoom CC. How can this same functionality be obtained when calls route to agents via Zoom CC flow?
