Sometimes its showing black video for the participants in the session although audio is working fine

Description
Sometimes its showing black video for the participants in the session although audio is working fine. User even try to switch on/off the video but it does not work.From the logs I can see that both user joined the room.

Error?
No Video but the audio is working fine.

Thanks for providing some details about the issue you see (or not in this case). Can you provide some of the code you’ve used to display the participant videos in your app? Have you noticed this issue after upgrading - and if so, have you tried returning to a previous version?

The Video SDK also has a new release v1.6.2 - I know a few things were fixed that may solve this issue as well. Let me know if that helps.
