Sound delayed when cpu exceed more than 85%

Description
We face an issue with audio sync when a participant cpu usage exceed 85%
That participant will face delay when hearing other participant voice and also other participant will face delay
we face this issue using PC browser and mobile browser
Mobile details (Samsung A20s, Chrome, android 10)
pc browser( we use “chrome, firefox, opera, edge”)
