In two separate update requests, my app has frozen in the App Approval step and never published to external users.
I have passed Functional Review and Security Review then get stuck here for almost 2 weeks. Then the date will randomly update, like it did yesterday but no change occurred in progressing.
Why is there a hang up at the end if the reviews are approved?
My app users desperately need the update pushed and if the reviews are passed, I expected the app to be approved and distributed quickly.
