Submitted app for approval process via email 10+ days ago

I emailed developersupport@zoom.us ,11 days ago to request assistance on app approval, and having separate callback domains for different functions. Since then I’ve sent 2 followup emails.

No one has replied I know this isn’t the place to post this, but how can I get their attention?

I have a separate domain endpoint for deauth, and this is causing an issue with the normal submission process.
