Support Request – Chatbot Instability in Zoom Workspace

We received a request from our client and would like to request your support. The issue is related to a chatbot application in Zoom Workspace.

In short: when typing and sending a message, the system automatically removes the first word.

Example: when typing “test of service”, after sending the message, the application only displays “of service”.

Validations performed:

  • We conducted tests together with the client’s technical team and confirmed that the issue is not related to Zoom Chatbot API features or any code integration.

  • Although the first word is not displayed in the application, the complete message is received by the API, indicating that the impact is limited to the app’s interface.

  • The behavior suggests a possible limitation of Zoom Workspace on mobile devices when interacting with chatbots.

Test environment:

  • Android version 6.5.11

  • iOS devices
