We received a request from our client and would like to request your support. The issue is related to a chatbot application in Zoom Workspace.
In short: when typing and sending a message, the system automatically removes the first word.
Example: when typing “test of service”, after sending the message, the application only displays “of service”.
Validations performed:

We conducted tests together with the client’s technical team and confirmed that the issue is not related to Zoom Chatbot API features or any code integration.

Although the first word is not displayed in the application, the complete message is received by the API, indicating that the impact is limited to the app’s interface.

The behavior suggests a possible limitation of Zoom Workspace on mobile devices when interacting with chatbots.
