Hi,
We are seeing an issue where the sessionId that you get from chat_message.sent webhook and from the https://api.zoom.us/v2/report/chat/sessions api are different. This was not the case until today. This seems to be a recurring issue as I did find another post facing the same issue 2 years ago.
Session ID is Different between Chat Message Webhook and Session reports
