I can’t post on this thread, but maybe someone find this useful: Server to Server OAuth Zoom Authentication - Application Disabled
I found that Zoom does not refresh the active / not active page on the app when all the scopes are deleted. The app goes inactive but the active / not active page doesn’t update for a little while.
