The needed plan in order to access to dashboard api

Hello, I’m trying to make attendance program by using Zoom API.
Then I thought that I needed to use Dashboard API(exactly “List meeting participants”). In API Reference, I can find that I need Business or a higher plan to access to the API. data1caputyured

I want to know what plan is business plan and a plan that is higher than business plan. Also, is it(the text that I need Business or a higher plan to access) means that I can use the API in business or a higher plan’s meeting?
