on February 8th our system using SDK 2.7.9 gave a timeout error when trying to connect to the webinar. To fix it we had to update the library to 3.1.6. Since the problem caused a disruption we would like to understand what the cause was given that in your SDK minimum version policy statement version 2.7.9 is still supported
