Timed out for thr real API tokecn and account

Hello, we are using rest API.
When the Facilitator starts the group it is immediately timing out. However, the session is still running in the background. Anyone who clicks to join is immediately timed out. This includes the Facilitator.

Thanks for posting in the Zoom Developer Forum. Can you share if you also integrating with the Zoom meeting SDK or are you just using the API?

Thanks for your response, we are using the Zoom SDK, and I guess we are several versions behind the Zoom SDK, how think about updating it to the latest version
