Trying to get Toll Report

What does it mean when calling the Telephone Report “https://api.zoom.us/v2/report/telephone” and the type parameter is set to “2”, the message returns:

“code”: 200,
“message”: “Only available for Enabled Toll Report.”
}

Changing the “Type” parameter to 1 returns the expected Toll-Free and Call-Out data.
I have a Zoom Enterprise account.
